Nas and Madlib “Naslib” (2007)

Here's a nice little 38 minute mix of Nas accapellas over Madlib beats done by DJ Serv1. The only place you could get this was with issue #30 of Stop Smiling magazine in 2007. It looks like you can still order the back issue (issues? there were 2 different covers) and get the cd for a couple extra bucks. No track list included, but you'll recognize everything.

  1. This shit definitely gets my seal of approval.
That fourth cut, in the intro, I think that's the same "Waters" sample that Show and AG used on
"Under Pressure". Not positive, but very similar.
    Dope, thanks.

  3. When I downloaded this yesterday, the rapidshare and megaupload link were already deaded, but the Badongo link still worked.
I'm guessing the stone thro snipers deleted them.
Here's another megaupload link, in case anyone needs it:

  4. Holy sheeeeit this album was wack as f-ck! How in the world would you put this on the TROY blog? I know, just like the Sounds Nothing Like The 90's compilations, and quite a few other threads here, some things just ain't gonna be up to par, and this is definitely one of those wack TROY moments... TRENDY ASS BULLSHIT THIS ALBUM IS! WACK!
