Dana Dane - Rollin' Wit Dane (Remix) VLS 1995

In 1995, 'Cinderfella' Dana Dane released his last album to date "Rollin' Wit' Dane". It was mostly produced by LA's DJ Battlecat. The album had a west coast g-funk feel to it but Dana Dane still carried his 'Fort Greene Skillz'. The first 12" released for the album was called 'Record Jock'(see video here). He then followed with the self-titled album 12" 'Rollin' Wit Dane' which i'm posting today. The original version of "Rollin' Wit Dane" (produced by Battlecat) uses the "Mary Jane" sample; it also features Adina Howard with the background vocals. It's a great joint to play in the summer! I also embedded the video below the download link. The main track on the a-side is the remix though; titled "Phat & Like Dat Mix". I think that east coast heads might prefer it better than the original; a type of joint to boom it in your jeep. On the b-side along with the original & a slightly remixed version comes the "Bonus Beat Box Mix"; this is for the old school heads! A great 12" to own & add to your collection! Enjoy,
